Managing Director

Mark Lee

Mark founded Oxivity Consulting in 2021 with a mission to instigate industry change, particularly by offering construction clients a more cost-effective and ethically driven option. His primary focus lies in fostering sustainable growth and positioning Oxivity Consulting as one of the premier choices in construction consultancy. Leveraging his experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Mark has collaborated with clients including Network Rail, National Highways, Cadent Gas, Severn Trent Water, and the Environment Agency, showcasing his commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.

Head of Project Controls and Performance

Brad Lewis

Brad joined Oxivity Consulting in 2023 and is spearheading our growth as Head of Project Controls and Performance. Brad is keen to lead the industry towards the future state of project controls by facilitating the cohesion of developing Project Controls technologies with the robust and dependable Project Controls practices of today, providing better value and better outcomes for clients. Brad is a Project Controls leader who has represented major clients, including Rolls Royce Aerospace, Severn Trent Water, Heathrow Airport London, Sellafield Ltd and National Highways.

Head of Commercial

Tracy Ahyow

Tracy joined Oxivity Consulting in 2022 with an aspiration to expand the business and drive ethical and environmental solutions further within the company. Tracy heads the commercial team and has worked for various private and public companies across the UK including Luton Airport, Severn Trent Water and multiple councils delivering a variety of projects ranging from schools, health centres to bus stations. Tracy was nominated for the Young Surveyor of the Year Awards in 2018 and enjoys arts and crafts.

Head of Project Management

Mike Hetherington

Mike joined Oxivity Consulting in 2024 and leads our Project Management Function, he has a huge passion to influence ethical Project Management whilst incorporating new methods and tools into project delivery. Originally from an Engineering background, Mike is now a Chartered Manager through the CMI and is also APM qualified. He has over 17 years experience in delivering complex projects in various industries such as Nuclear (new build and decommissioning) , Defence, Marine, Water and Chemical Dosing.
